The Trust Team has some delicious updates.
- Elation and Salesforce will be disabled in JumpCloud this evening, as previously planned. Please use Google Workspaces to login going forward. (a screenshot below shows what those tiles look like)
- Monday.com, Miro, and Optisigns will soon be available to the masses on SSO. You may see notices from these tools as they are activated.

?? Upcoming Work ??
This Wednesday evening the Trust team is going to be cutting over the authentication for Office365 from JumpCloud to Google. This is our last ‘major’ application to migrate from JumpCloud SSO. ?
What this means to you:
- You will likely be prompted to sign into Google from Microsoft when you are checking your email.
- This is NOT migrating any email, OneNote, Docs, SharePoint etc. This is only the sign-in component. You will still use the same tools as before.
- If you have email on your phone, you will likely have to sign in there as well!
- This should have no impact on the data or tools you use outside of signing in.
We want to support you as much as possible, so Thursday morning we will have an open Zoom for anyone who is having issues. Or, if you have a teammate who is having issues, we can quickly triage and get them back to operational. (I will follow this email up with an invite to the office hours).

The helpdesk has already been getting great traffic, keep it coming! It might seem silly to file tickets for some things, but by doing so you reveal hot spots. Problems that seem to crop up regularly that we can identify and be more proactive in resolving.
One of the next steps we are going to do here is to open the Help Document sections for folks to edit and add content to. If you have a OneNote, Document, or other playbook that is useful, consider migrating it to the helpdesk! That empowers all of FountainLife to make use of our tribal knowledge!

Some other ongoing projects that will likely impact you or see some changes in the near future:
- We are migrating from Sophos to SentinelOne for anti-virus.
- If you are using Slack is undergoing a migration to Grid. This will likely happen in 2-3 weeks.
- Keeper is going to be deployed as a global password management solution.
- Our monday.com instances are going to be merged into a single instance.
- Adam Walker, the cooler Adam, has the HITRUST audit underway! If you work on the Fountain Platform (aka PHC), you may be asked for sample items. The faster you get those knocked out the easier that is for everyone!
